Spa Etiquette

The members of our staff have dedicated their lives to promote the well being of others. Because we want each guest to go home satisfied, we ask that these few, but important rules of Spa Etiquette be observed:

Arrival Time
Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you transition from the hectic pace of the outside world and ensure that your treatment is started on time.

Late Arrival
To avoid disappointment, please be on time. Late arrival will result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment with applicable charges.

Discomfort or Dissatisfaction
Please let your service provider know immediately if you are uncomfortable for any reason. Our goal is for your experience to be positive. Corrections can only be made if we are Aware if a problem at the time of service.

Cell Phones
For the consideration of all guests, please turn off all cell phones while you are in the spa.

Age Requirement
For your enjoyment and in consideration of other guests, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa, unless they are receiving services themselves.

Gift Certificates
Give the gift that is sure to bring relaxation! Gift certificates are redeemable for products and services up to the dollar value indicated. They are non-refundable, fully transferrable and never expire! Gift Certificates are like cash, if lost, they can’t be replaced.

Cancellation Policy
The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. We require a credit card or gift certificate when booking services to ensure that your time is held. To avoid being charged from your appointment we require a minimum of 24 hours for cancellation of a single service and 48 hours for cancellation of packages or multiple services. Same day cancellation will result in a 50% charge for services cancelled if the appointment time can not be filled. No show appointments will result is a full charge for services missed. Gift Certificates when used for deposit will be charged under the same policy.

Medical Concerns
Our treatments are not meant to replace treatments received by medical professionals. If you have questions or concerns about a medical condition you have, please seek medical advice before booking your service.

Update Client Information Form
Many medications and conditions dictate what products can be used for your treatments. Please tell our Reception and/or Service Provider of any changes since your last visit.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not added into spa services. Gratuities may be given at your descretion in appreciation for services provided. A customary gratuity is 15% to 20% and may be left by credit card or cash.
